Before & After Genesis

Genesis implants were placed in tooth locations #18, 28 and 29. #28 and 29 were immediate extraction and placement sites, and the healing abutments were placed in order to contour the soft tissue. The AnaTite® pink of the healing abutments provides an aesthetic result while the soft tissue is healing.

Failed restorations on tooth #8 and 9 were removed and the roots were extracted. Two Genesis implants were immediately placed and PMMA temporary abutments were chosen for temporarization. The PMMA abutments were prepped to the desired contours and acrylic temporaries were fabricated so that the patient could leave with a beautiful smile the day of surgery.

Tooth #4 was extracted and a Ø4.5 Genesis implant was immediately placed. A Genesis Quick Abutment was used so that an immediate temporary could easily be fabricated at the time of surgery. The Quick Abutment system simplifies the impression and temporary fabrication.

What Patients Can Expect

Dental implants can naturally improve a patient’s appearance, health and confidence. With Genesis implants, patients enjoy the best of both worlds: immediate function thanks to a bone-like surface and stabilizing dual-thread design, combined with natural, long-term aesthetics provided by the first-ever pink collar and abutment. Genesis dental implants are designed to maximize comfort during the implant and restoration process, so patients can be less concerned about the procedure and recovery period. The Genesis Implant System also offers the flexibility for immediate placement and restoration when possible, so patients can enjoy a shortened treatment process in certain cases.
