Pascal Girin
President and Chief Executive Officer
Pascal Girin was appointed President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Keystone
Dental in February 2011. Mr. Girin served as Executive Vice President and Chief
Operating Officer of Keystone from October 2010 to February 2011. Prior to joining
Keystone, Mr. Girin served as Chief Operating Officer of ev3 Inc., a global leader
in technologies and solutions for the treatment of peripheral vascular and neurovascular
diseases, from the date of its acquisition by Covidien Group in July 2010 until
September 2010. Prior to that, he served as ev3 Inc.’s Executive Vice President
and Chief Operating Officer from January 2010 until July 2010, its Executive Vice
President and President, Worldwide Neurovascular and International from July 2008
to January 2010, the Senior Vice President and President, International of ev3 International
from July 2005 to July 2008, and the General Manager, Europe of ev3 Inc. from September
2003 to July 2005. Prior to joining ev3, Inc., Mr. Girin served in various capacities
at BioScience Europe Baxter Healthcare Corporation from September 1998 until August
2003. He received an engineering education at the French Ecole des Mines. Mr. Girin
also serves as a director for Tornier, Inc. (NASDAQ:TRNX) which designs, manufactures
and markets devices for joint replacement and soft tissue repair.

Mark G. Beucler
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Beucler joined Keystone Dental in November 2010 and is the Senior Vice President
Chief Financial Officer. He is also the General Manager of the Global Distribution
Channel. Before joining Keystone, Mr. Beucler served as the Vice President, General
Manager of the Global Distribution Channel for Haemonetics Corporation (NYSE:HAE)
from 2006 to 2009. From 2002 to 2006, Mr. Beucler was the vice president, finance,
chief financial officer and treasurer of Lifeline Systems (NASDAQ:LIFE), which was
acquired by Royal Philips Electronics in April 2006. Before joining Lifeline Systems,
Mr. Beucler served as senior vice president, corporate controller for Thomson Financial.
He joined Thomson Financial in 2000 when The Thompson Corporation, the parent company
of Thompson Financial, acquired Primark Corporation, a publicly held NYSE-listed
company where he served as corporate controller. From 1995 through 1997, Mr. Beucler
was with The Gillette Company. Mr. Beucler is a certified public accountant and
previously was an audit manager at Deloitte and Touche.
Christopher J. Gilbert, Ph.D.
Senior Vice President of Science and Technology
Dr. Gilbert leads product development and clinical initiatives at Keystone Dental.
Previously he was responsible for west coast operations of the surgical instruments
business at Hologic, where he led the final stages of approval and launch of the
Adiana permanent contraceptive device. He joined Hologic as a member of the corporate
development team via the acquisition of Cytyc in 2008. Prior to Cytyc, he also spent
six years at McKinsey & Company where he served medical device clients on a range
of critical management issues. Dr. Gilbert holds a Ph.D. in Materials Science from
the University of California Berkeley and has published over 20 peer-reviewed journal
articles.
Michael Gibbs
Vice President and General Counsel
Michael Gibbs has been the Vice President and General Counsel of Keystone Dental
since January 2011. Prior to joining Keystone, Mr. Gibbs was corporate counsel with
the law firm Bingham McCutchen, LLP, in Boston, Massachusetts. Prior to working
at Bingham McCutchen, he was an officer in the United States Marine Corps and departed
with the rank of Major. Mr. Gibbs has a B.S. from Syracuse University and J.D. from
Boston College Law School.
Elizabeth Cacciola
Vice President of Operations
Liz Cacciola joined Keystone Dental in March of 2008 as the Director of Global Supply
Chain. In May of 2010 Ms. Cacciola was promoted to the VP of Operations. Prior to
joining Keystone, Ms. Cacciola was the Director of Operations for Accellent, a medical
device contract manufacturer. She joined Accellent in 2006 as Director of Global
Supply Chain. Before Accellent, Ms. Cacciola worked at Stryker Biotech in a Supply
Chain Management role from 1999 to 2006 and prior to Stryker worked at two medical
device venture-capital-funded start-ups: Focal, acquired by Genzyme and Microsurge,
acquired by Urohealth. She started her career in Medical Device Supply Chain/ Operations
at USCI, Division of CR Bard. Ms. Cacciola has a B.S. degree in Business Administration
from the University of New Hampshire and an MBA from Rivier College.

Karen Hunter
Director of Human Resources
Karen Hunter joined Keystone Dental in June, 2008, as Manager of Compensation &
Benefits. She then assumed leadership of the Human Resources function in April,
2009. Prior to joining Keystone, Ms. Hunter was the Director of Compensation, Benefits
and HR Systems at Interactive Data Corporation for over six years, where she was
responsible for the design, implementation and oversight of the company’s global
compensation and benefits programs and US HR Information Systems. Prior to joining
Interactive Data, Ms. Hunter held various positions within the Human Resources function
at BankBoston Corporation and ultimately held the position of Partner in the Rewards
Practice Area, where she led a team of professionals who provided strategic benefits
and compensation consulting support to executive management and individual lines
of business. Ms. Hunter is a graduate of Northeastern University and is actively
involved in the New England Employee Benefits Counsel, where she has served as a
board member since May, 2008.
Ann Verledens
Director of Sales and Marketing, Europe
Ann Verledens joined Keystone Dental as Director of Sales and Marketing, Europe,
in December 2010. She is responsible for the commercial activities of Keystone Dental
in Europe—both in the subsidiary and distributor markets. Ms. Verledens’s most recent
experience includes over 10 years in the dental industry with companies such as
Trophy Radiologie, Kodak Dental Systems and KaVo Dental, where she held various
European sales, service and marketing positions. Ms. Verledens is a graduate from
the University of Antwerp (Belgium) and holds a postgraduate in Marketing from Napier
University in Edinburgh, as well as an MBA from ESCP (Paris). She is fluent in English,
French, Dutch and Spanish.
