Become an Authorized Lab

To become a Keystone Dental authorized laboratory, contact your local Sales Representative at 866-902-9272 and you will be sent a laboratory training kit including a training X Marker. Follow the instructions found in the included laboratory Procedural Manual to fabricate the radiographic guide. Once you have completed the fabrication, place the guide in the bubble bag provided and secure it in the box supplied for return to Keystone Dental. Upon receipt, Keystone Dental will review the guide to confirm compliance with scanning requirements. Upon approval, you will be notified that your laboratory is an authorized EasyGuide laboratory.
