Surgical Guide
Used during the surgical procedure, a surgical guide will direct the implant drilling system and provide for accurate placement according to the digital surgical treatment plan.
The following items must be provided to Keystone Dental for fabrication of the surgical guide:
Please use the EasyGuide™ case box provided. A pre-paid shipping label has been provided with this box for shipment of the following items to Keystone Dental.
- Radiographic guide with X Marker attached
- Stone model of the arch that the surgical guide is to be fabricated for
- Planning file saved to CD
- Drilling file saved to CD
- Completed drilling prescription form
