- Exiting Logan Airport, take Rt-1A South. Take the ramp for I-93 North towards Government Center and merge onto I-93 North. Continue on I-93 North to exit 37B and then merge onto I-95 South/Rt-128 South toward Waltham. From I-95/Rt-128, take Exit 32B for Middlesex Turnpike toward Burlington. At the bottom of the ramp, take a right onto Middlesex Turnpike. Continue straight on Middlesex Turnpike for approximately 3/4 mile. 144 Middlesex Turnpike is on the left, just past Third Avenue.
- From Manchester Airport (Manchester, NH)
- Take Airport Road heading west to NH-3A. Merge onto I-293 South/NH-101 East toward Concord/Salem/Portsmouth. From I-293 South/NH-101 East take I-93 South towards Salem/Boston. Take I-93 South to I-95 South towards Waltham/Providence, RI. From I-95/Rt-128, take Exit 32B for Middlesex Turnpike toward Burlington. At the bottom of the ramp, take a right onto Middlesex Turnpike. Continue straight on Middlesex Turnpike for approximately 3/4 mile. 144 Middlesex Turnpike is on the left, just past Third Avenue.

- Take Rt-2 East to exit 40B and merge onto I-495 North toward Lowell/Lawrence. Take exit 35A for US-3 South toward Burlington. From US-3, take exit 26 for Rt-62 toward Bedford/Burlington. At the end of the ramp, turn left onto Route 62 (Burlington Road). Follow Route 62 for approximately 3/4 mile. Take a right onto Middlesex Turnpike. 144 Middlesex Turnpike is approximately 1 mile on the right.
