Jaime L Picariello
Director U.S. Sales Operations
Jaime started at Keystone in March 2006, as one of the initial employees of the company. She has over 9 years experience in the Dental Field. Prior to Keystone, Mrs. Picariello held positions at Straumann USA, such as Regulatory, Accounting, and Sales Operations. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree, Cum Laude from Salem State College with a concentration in Finance. She is also a member of the honor society Delta Mu Delta.
Jaime is very excited to be a part of an innovative and technology driven company. Her main focus is to create a phenomenal customer experience, a technical savvy customer service team, and most importantly joy to every patient experience.
Jessica Picariello
Manager Customer Relations
Jessica has been employed with Keystone Dental, Inc. since August 2006. She comes to us with more than 5 years of customer service experience. Jessica received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Management and a minor in Economics from Merrimack College.
Jessica strives to provide superior customer service and exceed customer expectations each and every day.
Pamela A. Orpin CDA
Technical Product Support Representative
Pamela has over 25 years experience in the Dental Field including her prior role as Technical Support Representative for 6 ½ years at Straumann, USA, before joining the Keystone Dental team. Pamela has 17 years clinical experience which includes working for various Key Opinion Leaders. Her direct strengths include dental implants, Oral Maxillofacial Surgery and Periodontics. She has held scrubbing privileges at the Deaconess Waltham Hospital, and has completed the Oral Maxillofacial Surgery Anesthesia Assistance Program.
Pamela has received recognition awards from Harvard School of Dental Medicine, Straumann USA, and Keystone Dental. She continues to pursue her studies in the dental field and management programs. Pamela completed business courses at Northeastern University and attended a management program at the University of Florida, College of Dentistry sponsored by Straumann, USA.
Leanne E. Withrow
Customer Relations Advisor
Before joining the Keystone Dental team, Leanne was the Fitness Manager at the Boston Sports Club for 3 years. Her certifications in the Exercise Science industry are ACSM, AFAA and SPINN®. She has been with Keystone Dental since January 2008. During her free time she enjoys water skiing, running, ice skating, kayaking, downhill skiing and spending time with friends and family.
Leanne has a Bachelor of Science degree from Salem State College. She was on the Dean’s List for 6 semesters and graduated Cum Laude.
Yvonne Atkinson
Customer Relations Advisor
Yvonne is a qualified customer service specialist with many years under her belt. She prides herself on her caring and professional nature and is very dedicated to providing personalized customer care to each of our clients.
Yvonne has been a Keystone employee since January 2008 and looks forward to continued success and a bright future with her Keystone family.
Ruthann Ruwet
Customer Relations Advisor
Ruthann has been employed as a customer relations advisor at Keystone Dental since March of 2008. She graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Retail Merchandising from Lasell College in Newton, MA in 2004. Ruthann comes to Keystone with 5 years of customer service and administrative support experience.
Carol Conrad
Customer Relations Advisor
Carol has been employed at Keystone Dental since July of 2008. She is a highly qualified Customer Service Specialist with a strong and diverse background and extensive training in professional development.
Ms. Conrad has previously held positions in Human Resources, Purchasing and of course, her favorite, Customer Service. She prides herself on integrity, honesty, and dependability both professionally and personally. Carol loves spending time with family and friends and enjoys travel, historical fiction and everything Italian.

Edmund Cashman
Customer Relations Advisor
Edmund has been a Customer Service Rep for Keystone Dental since August of 2008. Mr. Cashman has three years of experience providing customer support for varied companies. In addition he provides additional support for our Spanish speaking clients, as our only bilingual representative. He has acquired a strong and varied background in the area of Customer Service over the years.
Lisa Turcotte
Customer Relations Advisor
Lisa has been a member of our customer service team since September 2008. Ms. Turcotte has twenty years of experience in the dental field both as a certified dental assistant and as a dental office manager. Ms. Turcotte also has four years under her belt as a Senior Customer Service Specialist at one of the largest transfer agents in the country. She has acquired a strong and varied background in both the dental field and in customer service. Lisa is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service to our clients on a daily basis.
Kathy Straffin
Customer Relations Advisor
Kathy has been employed as a Customer Relations Advisor at Keystone Dental, Inc. since March 2008. For 3 years prior to joining Keystone, she was working in a dental office as an office manager. Kathy graduated from The University of Massachusetts Lowell with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a dual concentration in Management and Marketing.
Lisa Dakak
Customer Relations Advisor
Lisa has been employed with Keystone Dental since March of 2010. As the newest member of Customer Service, Lisa is excited to contribute her skills to the team and help provide clients with the highest quality of service and support. She has over 2 years of experience in the customer service field, supplemented by a background in Administration and Medical Devices. In her spare time she enjoys walking, reading, cooking, and visits with her family.
Peter Mason
International Customer Relations Advisor
Peter joined Keystone Dental in December of 2008 after spending over 5 years working as a portfolio manager in Boston for a small financial firm. Peter graduated from Providence College in 2002 with a B.S. in Marketing. In his position at Keystone Dental, Peter facilitates the global markets working with the Manufacturing, Shipping & Receiving, Finance and Regulatory Affairs Departments. While his experience in the industry is continually expanding, Peter brings to the job a mentality that leaves international customers esthetically pleased with punctual service, detail orientation and overall dedication in doing the job right. Outside of Keystone, Peter enjoys playing and watching sports and traveling.
Dianne Dumas
Customer Relations Returns Coordinator
Dianne joined Keystone Dental in September of 2008. Since that time, Dianne has been responsible for providing customer support for returns and warranties. She has over twenty years of customer service and management experience. Her background includes development of training course material and classroom training of customer service procedures and computer systems.
Carrie Dennehy
Customer Relations Administrator
Carrie joined the Keystone team in October 2008 after moving back home to the East Coast from Washington State. She holds a bachelor’s degree in English from St. Francis Xavier University and has been working in the customer service field for over five years now. In her position at Keystone, she supports the Customer Relations Team and the Sales Force to ensure the highest level of service to our customers. Outside of Keystone, Carrie can usually be found honing her artistic side through painting, photography and writing.
