- Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that customers receive world-class service
- Ensure timely and cost-effective accomplishment of department and corporate goals and objectives
- Provide technical support on all Keystone products
- Provide answers or resolutions for any inquiry received by phone, fax, or email
- Process orders accurately
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and sales team
- Work with other departments to resolve customer issues
- Provide sales leads to sales executives
- Support and sustain a positive work environment that fosters team performance through own work and behavior
- Key Qualifications
- Ideal candidates have excellent selling and communication skills along with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Good research and problem solving skills
- Organized with the ability to multitask
- Motivated with the ability to make independent decisions
- Solid interpersonal skills and desire to work in a fast-paced, team environment
- Good computer skills (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Professional demeanor
- Prior dental experience a plus
