Lifecore Biomedical has merged into Keystone Dental, Inc.
We are pleased to announce that Warburg Pincus, a private equity firm, has acquired Lifecore Biomedical, Inc. because of the growth potential that Lifecore’s two business divisions, Dental and Hyaluronan, have in their respective markets. The Dental Division of Lifecore has merged into Keystone Dental, Inc.
